Dawson was such a handsome little guy and he brought his puppy to the studio to join him in his newborn images! She was so well behaved and just look at how much she loves her new baby brother!

In his bucket pose his mom brought along a few personal items they had used in their pregnancy announcement - the little airplane, camera & hat went well with my bucket with the world map on it. I hope you get to travel to many places in your life Dawson!

I adore the family photos and his burnt orange wrap - it went so perfectly with his mom & dad. The little peeky toe wrap is one of my favorites and works so well with family photos because the baby isn't wrapped up too bulky for parents to hold them well.

Dawson was also a perfect little froggie poser - if I recall correctly he was finicky with me over all of his poses but this one, silly little guy! You'd never be able to tell though - with lots of patience and slow movements I can almost always coax them into pretty poses. Look at those little blue pants on him! 

I predict 2023 to be a full year for Leah Islinger Photography so if you are expecting within the next 6 months or so it is not too early to book your newborn session with me!
