Rachel's First Birthday Session was so sweet! She really reminded me of my own little girls as babies! I loved all of the outfits her mama planned and Rachel was a pretty good sport with her wardrobe changes. 

If I had to guess her favorite prop it would have been her mom's cell phone - the way her eyes lit up when she got to hold that phone was priceless AND it matched her dress. I told her mom it was just a tiny glimpse of her future, although I bet by the time Rachel is old enough for a cell phone they will be vastly different!

Rachels's mama opted for a fun bath splash with pretty flowers over a cake smash and I always love that idea. Rachel loved it and was very interested in the floating flowers! I always make a quick run to the store before the session for fresh flowers when I do the bathtub splashes - fake flowers don't float very well. I cannot get over her super 'cheesy' smile in the bathtub image - I laugh every time I see it because it's just so cute!!
